Our components are lightweight and easy to work with.  The builder can erect ELFI component-centric buildings in one-third the time compared with traditional construction, yielding large cost savings.  Add in the 30-40% time savings, plus no need for plywood sheeting or vapor barriers, and the major cost savings due to thermo insulation values, and neither CMU blocks nor wood can compare.
