Commercial - Shopping Strip - Millenium Square, Joliet, IL

A Denny’s Restaurant was built as part of an approximately 12,000 SF shopping strip in south suburban Joliet, IL. This property was built with ELFI exterior load bearing walls and ELFI roofing panels. Since operating in the new building the tenant reports an 80% energy savings, approximately $ 2,500 - $ 2,800 a month on gas and electric costs, compared to his other locations with a similar set-up.
