ELFI wall and roofing panels are made of light-gauge steel C-studs, inserted into EPS insulation, making them stronger, straighter, and deliver better, long-term quality than any other construction method.  Because the two materials are steel and EPS, there is never a problem with termites, mold, mildew, or warping, and there are no ozone-depleting chemicals; and our load-bearing components can be used up to nine stories. 

ELFI wall and roofing systems, when used together, deliver annual energy savings of 40-60% over traditional construction methods.  Any exterior finish can be used, brick, stone, stucco, siding, metal or glass cladding. 

ELFI panels are lightweight and easy to work with.  The shell of a 2,000SF (200m²) structure can be erected by 4 people in 1 day.  The panels are custom made to each project, so ELFI wall system can be used for multiple applications, from small single-family residences, to shopping centers to multi-story condominiums or offices.
